When using the “Warehouse Inventory Item Re-order Update” function under the Transactions section, we have noticed that the “Auto Level Update” process only accounts for item movement through actual sales. It completely overlooks stock movement via BOM (Bill of Materials).
This has had a severe impact on our operations. Due to the inaccurate reorder levels being generated, we have been consistently under-ordering stock. This has not only led to missed sales opportunities but has also increased our reliance on expensive local buyouts to meet urgent demand—placing additional strain on our supply chain and profitability.
I am confident that we are not the only business facing this issue within the Evolution user base, and I believe it warrants immediate investigation
