Allow for Partially Processed Inventory Issue Requisitions

Inventory Issue Requisitions that are partially processed are marked as processed and there is no option to re-use the requisition to issue the remaining items.

Example: Inventory issue requisition is approved to issue 5 items. The end user is then issued 3 items and the issue note is processed for the 3 items. The requisition will then be marked as processed and there is no option to re-use it to issue the remaining 2 items that were not initially issued

IF THIS SUGGESTION IS ACCEPTED:

Inventory issue requisitions that are partially processed should be marked as 'Partially Processed'

You should then be allowed to re-use the requisition, to issue the remaining items.

To issue the remaining 2 items the same partially processed requisition is to be used and marked processed when all the items have been issued
