This issue is present in all modules where the line note is available such as, Sales Order Invoice, Inventory Invoice, Job Costing Invoice, Purchase Ordering and so on. Basically when the user uses both monitors and raises the line note window either through ALT + N or right clicking on the line, it appears fine. When users disconnect their laptop and use Sage Evolution, and raise the line note, Sage Evolution freezes (due to the line note window being open on another screen although not collected), however when pressing ESC it releases itself.
When researching about this on Knowledgebase, the only resolution for this is to delete the Agent's registry key to reset everything, however the user will lose all customizations (Layouts, defaults of reports, customizations on grid columns, favourites and so on. This is such an inconvenience (both for us as BPs and also for the customer and they truly rely on favourites and other layout defaults).
We would definitely appreciate it if this issue is resolved, as we are sure this happens to multiple customers and business partners and is definitely a huge inconvenience.
What is the workaround for the problem today?
Manually we have to stay going to the regedit, finding the form whether its related to Job Costing, Inventory Invoice, Sales Order or whatever, and deleting the keys related to just lose customizations on that module. When we're lucky we manage, when we're not we have to delete all and start all customizations from scratch. |

Please could you click on the notes icon on the task bar . Once you do that ,the notes screen will appear on the primary screen
If this is not the case it could be a setting on the display Screen share
If we can replicate ,please channel this via the support medium.
