Inventory Count: Enable QTY less WIP on Job costing and Manufacturing when using serial numbers

We would like the option to enable the QTY less WIP option on the inventory count on Job costing and Manufacturing when using serial numbers.

We make use of serial numbers with the above modules and would like this feature on the inventory count to work with serialized items as it does with non serialized items.
