As a Sage 200 Evolution user, I would like to get a prompt to close the associated Service Request when processing Consolidated Invoice under Invoice Service Task, Service Manager module.

Explain the current scenario or business process that has prompted the customer to raise this suggestion.

When processing Service Task the system gives a prompt message 'Do you want to close the associated Service Request as well' and the Server Request is closed upon selecting Yes When processing Invoice Service Task using the option Process Consolidated Invoice the system does not prompt to close the associated Service Request, therefore the Service Request remains open and cannot be closed.

Describe how you see users benefiting from this feature.

This will benefit the clients as they will be able to close the associated Service Request when processing Consolidated Invoice, same as when processing normal Service Task. Currently the prompt message only comes for Service Task and not or Consolidated Invoice under Invoice Service Task

By not having this feature what challenges you foresee.

Service Request will remain open for all Consolidated Invoices processed through Invoice Service Task.
