As a Sage 200 Evolution user, I would like to be able to reprint the Receipt processed on POS Till transactions
Currently we’re not able to reprint receipts. If you follow the steps below from the main menu and process a receipt, you’ll not be able to reprint the receipt at a later stage when on demand by the auditors for example.
Transactions->Point of Sale->Transactions->drop down on till transaction and pick receipt.
Detailed expected outcome:
We need to be able to reprint receipts particularly for audit purposes.
Reason for request – what is the business process ?
After processing a receipt, at a later stage one may be required to reprint that receipt.
