Request to Implement Agent Login Tracking in Sage 200 Evolution

Currently, Sage 200 Evolution does not provide visibility into the last login date and time of agents (users). This limitation presents challenges in auditing, user activity monitoring, and license usage optimization.

Proposed Enhancement:

Introduce a feature that logs and displays the last login date and time for each agent in the system. This information could be made accessible via:

• The Agent Maintenance screen, with a new column for "Last Login".

• A new Login Audit Report or integration with system logs.

• Optional setting to store login IP addresses and failed login attempts for improved security auditing.

Business Value:

• Enhances internal audit and compliance.

• Enables better user license management.

• Helps identify inactive users.

• Improves security monitoring.

This feature is standard in many ERP systems and would add significant value to system administrators and management users of Sage 200 Evolution.
