I would like to know if there is a way to configure the document attachment dialog box to display only documents relevant to a specific department when raising a requisition. This is needed for confidentiality purpose. Attached is an example illustrating what we are trying to achieve.
Currently, users see all departments' documents. We would like to know if there is an option within Sage 200 Evolution to:
Restrict document visibility based on the department of the logged-in user.
Set department-specific default attachment folders to ensure users only access relevant files.
Customize the attachment process if no built-in feature is available.
What is the workaround for the problem today?
