As an admin, I want to be able to specify/assign preferred/frequently ordered inventory items to a customer that then pulls through as top suggestions in the item drop down menu when generating sales orders because when generating a large number of sales orders per day across a large number of customers and inventory items it is challenging to recall which customer require which specific inventory item they would like to order. This makes user errors much more likely. If frequently orders items reflected as suggestions for each specific customer when raising a sales order it would dramatically improve efficiency and reduce errors.

This feature would assist in dramatically streamlining order entry for many businesses making use of Sage 200. It would also reduce errors, thus making the software more user friendly and efficient. This is an important development to keep sage 200 relevant and offer sage customers innovation and value.
