Foreign amounts to display for foreign customers in Debtors Manager module

The Debtors Manager module is a very useful tool for debtors follow up, but cannot be used when following up for foreign customers.

The Debtors Manager module only retrieves values in home currency and cannot be used when doing debtors follow up for foreign accounts
