Evolution Agent Password Expiry date

OUTLINE:

Add the ability to expire an agent password after a predetermined period.

Describe the shortfall of the current feature to meet the objective outlined above:

There is no option to set a password expiry period in Evolution.

his feature is supposed to be available in Administration -> System Configuration -> System Wizard -> Security Settings.

Describe why this enhancement is needed:

Because this feature is not available, the users never change passwords.

If a password is not changed regularly, it becomes a security risk.

In today's highly connected world where lot of cyber security frauds keep happening, this feature is very important to be enabled in any system.

Also, it is an audit issue keep coming up with our auditors (PWC) regularly.

I hope, before a lot of audit companies start picking up this as a risk for your customers like us, you would be able to implement this feature soon in an upcoming release.
