Voucher Management: Add an Edit option on the existing list op Authorities on Role Authorisation setup screen

1. Go to Voucher Management | Maintenance | Role Setup

2. Click the add button, or edit an existing Role

3. Notice there is no option for Edit

The user can circumvent the Edit option Role Authorisation not selected by still editing and then processing a Voucher

It comes down to the following basic steps:

1. 3 users in the approval workflow for a new voucher, with USER3 being the final agent in the workflow to approve it.

2. USER3 has the following 2 roles selected on the Voucher Management | Maintenance | Role Setup screen: a) Save b) Process

3. When USER3 opens the Voucher for final approval, he can now still edit any values on the opened voucher, including the amount. Then he can immediately process the voucher.

The user requires a restriction here: USER 3 should only be able to save and process, AND NOT ALSO BE ABLE TO EDIT IT!
