When the RFQ goes to the 'generate RFQ stage' it must give the user the incident reference number, REQ number, and the item code/s, via e-mail
Describe the shortfall of the current feature to meet the objective outline above:
When it goes to 'Generate RFQ stage' it only provides the incident reference number & REQ Number, but not also the item number, via e-mail.
Describe why this enhancement is needed:
The reason why this is needed is to effectively help the user to view which item codes are included in the request for quotation when the e-mail is sent.
What is the workaround for the problem today?
