The Warning for selling below cost or minimum GP% should be applied to quotations/Sales Orders and not only when they are processed as invoices.
If an agent quotes a client (without being warned that the selling price is below cost or minimum GP%) and the customer accepts the quotation, the company is obliged to honor the quotation, thus making a loss on the sale, due to the agent not being warned of this when providing the quotation.
Either the permissions for this should be applied to the Quotation/Sales Order and Invoice Or An Additional option in the permissions to warn on quotations and sales orders should be added.
What is the workaround for the problem today?
