Customer uses the option 'Ask' on the Sales Order under View | Options | Account Change
This asks for each line when an order is captured, and a different account is selected Client does not want to use the "Override Entered Prices" Client will prefer the ASK option to work per document and not per line
Currently the ASK option works per line
