As an Administrator, I would like to view the delivery address codes by Branch Code and Branch Description because, it’s important to our business that we are able to sort the delivery address codes by branch.
The delivery address code is linked to the Customer’s branch code, which is not always the same as the delivery address code.
For example the Customer (a Hospital Group) can have a head office address in Cape Town but the Delivery Address (a Doctor) can work at a Hospital in Durban. We would therefore like to link the surgeon’s sales to Durban and not Cape Town.
If the feature is not available, we must continue to extract the information manually and update manually the sales by doctor’s actual branch code. If it is not maintained, then we will be incorrectly reporting sales by branch ie sales in Durban will look low and we might decide to close down the branch based on incorrect information.
We would like the option to Edit the Delivery Address and change the Branch Code, which is currently defaulted to ‘’All Branches’’.
This will save us a lot of time and avoid any errors in the manual process of allocating actual doctor sales to branches.
