We suggest that Development adds the ability to access either a Secure FTP, DropBox, OneDrive or similar file access technology that allows users to create a cloud document repository which must be secured and accessed via a username, password or any necessary security and authentication protocol.
Currently clients can only download Sage installation files from the FTP site through WINSCP.

This will enable Sage 200 users to fully utilize this function in a cloud environment.

Many clients are using Sage 200 in hosted environments where there is no site-based server. As a result, accessing documents stored in the repository which was designed for an on-premise environment limits the functionality of the CRM Module. I therefore suggest that Sage adds the functionality to connect to a secure FTP site which can be accessed to upload, view, edit and delete stored documents from multiple locations.
