The client would like to be able to add notes on customers per an agent.
The reason for this is that notes added by a specific agent can be confidential discussions between that agent and the customer and should not be seem by any other agent on the application.
The pop up with attached notes on the processing screens should only display notes that have been added by the logged in Agent.
The above is what the client requires to be secure communication between each agent and a customer.
What is the workaround for the problem today?
No current workaround. all users /Agents can see all customer notes. |
