As a Sage 200 Evolution customer, I would like Advanced Procurement email notifications to specify the Item Code when sending for Generate RFQ for Suppliers, Receive Quotation. Evaluate Quotation and RFQ Approval.
Currently only Requisition Approval specify the Item Code, Generate RFQ for Suppliers, Receive Quotation, Evaluate Quotation and RFQ Approval stages does not specify the Item Code. See the example below: REQ00009 is assigned to you for Generate RFQ EXTERNAL EMAIL Hello Tumi , IR000014 is assigned to you for Generate RFQ workflow. Requisition Number: REQ00009
Describe how you see users benefiting from this feature.
Users will benefit from this feature as they will able to see the Item they are approving the Requisition for on the email notification.
By not having this feature what challenges you foresee.
The challenge is that users receive an email notification, but the notification does not spefiify the Item code to be approved on the Requisition, therefore the user does not know for which item the notification is for.
